In Short

  • Drive customer retention, growth, and long-term success across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Develop Mutual Success Plans and account maps for all assigned customers.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and align solutions with customer objectives.
  • Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within your book of business.
  • Build relationships with influential executives to uncover strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” and capture feedback for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes and ensure alignment.
  • Stay current on influencer marketing and SaaS trends for informed conversations.
  • Achieve or exceed net revenue retention targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic account management, customer success, or sales roles.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, SaaS, or agency environments.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
