In Short

• Lead the end-to-end design of key products within our marketing and social analytics ecosystem.
• Shape scalable, intuitive, and highly functional user experiences.
• Own UX strategy for a core product area.
• Design end-to-end user experiences for data-intensive B2B products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and data scientists.
• Drive iterative, data-informed design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system.
• Stay current on social media trends and marketing workflows.
• Foster strong relationships through collaboration.
• Ensure consistency and quality across shared surfaces and experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• Proven experience designing complex products.
• Strong track record of owning end-to-end UX for a product area.
• Deep expertise in Figma and component-based design.
• Experience designing dashboards and analytics interfaces.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows and social analytics.
