In Short

• Lead the end-to-end design of key products within our marketing and social analytics ecosystem.
• Own UX strategy for core product areas translating business goals into design direction.
• Design user experiences for data-intensive B2B products including dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
• Drive iterative, data-informed design decisions aligned with agile development cycles.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for modularity and consistency.
• Partner closely with front-end engineers for high-fidelity implementation.
• Incorporate user insights into design decisions through research and data analysis.
• Continuously raise the bar on UX quality and usability.
• Stay current on social media trends and marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design focused on B2B, data-rich products.
• Proven experience designing complex products and solving usability challenges.
• Strong track record of owning end-to-end UX for product areas.
• Deep expertise in Figma and component-based design.
• Experience designing and scaling dashboards and analytics interfaces.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows and social analytics is a strong asset.
