  • Partner with Product, Data, and Growth teams for expansion and retention.
  • Apply predictive analytics and AI insights for optimization.
  • Lead cross-channel execution across various marketing touchpoints.
  • Drive SEO and AI-powered search optimization.
  • Manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated execution.
  • Stay updated on evolving marketing best practices.
  • Increase trial sign-ups and activation rates.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in integrated or growth marketing.
  • Proven ability to execute measurable cross-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in paid, social, email, and in-product marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered search and discovery optimization.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and running A/B tests.
  • Adaptable operator in fast-moving environments.
