In Short

  • Act as the operational architect for Marketing, designing systems and processes.
  • Own and optimize the Core Marketing system Marketo.
  • Support large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage marketing automation programs for various campaigns.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficient campaign launches.
  • Mentor junior team members with potential for leadership growth.
  • Stay ahead of evolving MarTech trends and document processes.
  • Drive operational excellence across the marketing organization.
  • Deliver results that matter, prioritizing high-value work.
  • Build trust through empathy and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations.
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation (Marketo required) and CRM systems.
  • Strong command of data management and integration tools.
  • Experience designing and maintaining lead scoring models.
  • Deep understanding of marketing data hygiene and attribution methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to connect metrics to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data, or related field.
