In Short

• Oversee the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integration and optimization of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
• Implement and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns including email programs and inbound form processing.
• Enhance lead management processes including lead scoring and nurturing.
• Manage and iterate upon existing SDR processes within Outreach.
• Ensure all marketing operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
