Vanta is seeking a Head of Sales, Enterprise & Strategic to lead and scale our Enterprise and Strategic sales segment and define the long-term enterprise go-to-market strategy.

  • Lead and scale Vanta’s Enterprise sales organization across North America.
  • Build the long-term enterprise go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and scale a leveraged enterprise go-to-market motion.
  • Partner closely with Channel leadership.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing enterprise sales leaders.
  • Drive the evolution from sales-led growth to scalable go-to-market motions.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks and operating rhythms.
  • Lead the organization through platform expansion.
  • Partner with executive leadership for new offerings integration.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven success leading enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience scaling high-growth technology companies.
  • Expertise in navigating complex enterprise deal cycles.
  • Experience selling multi-product SaaS platforms.
  • Background in cybersecurity or adjacent technology markets.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level buyers.
  • Highly operational and strategic leader.
  • Comfortable in high-growth environments.
  • Open to using AI to improve efficiency.
