• Drive sourcing strategy across passive and active pipelines.
• Build and scale proactive design talent pipelines.

• Lead and elevate hiring programs and standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong track record hiring exceptional design talent.
• Deep understanding of the design talent market.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong closing skills with in-demand candidates.
• Experience using data and market insights.
• Track record of leading recruiting projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Open to using AI to enhance recruiting efforts.
