In Short

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Product and Design roles.
• Recruit across roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers, and more.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring goals.
• Screen and assess candidates for functional excellence and product mindset.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on hiring decisions.
• Use data to influence hiring decisions and improve funnel quality.
• Collaborate with People Operations partners for organizational design.
• Advocate for candidates and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in hiring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Background in consumer technology recruiting.
• Proven ability to close senior-level talent.
• Strong understanding of product and design roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• History of meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
• Experience coaching hiring managers.
• Demonstrated passion and candidate-first approach.
