Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies.
• Track record of hiring senior-level talent and building relationships.
• Ability to evaluate talent beyond pedigree, assessing craft and impact.
• Strategic thinker who balances big-picture goals with execution details.
• Excellent communicator able to translate business needs into hiring strategies.
