In Short

• Own the Financial Engine: Lead global consolidations and monthly reporting
• Investor Relations & Strategy: Partner with the CFO and executive team to prepare our reporting cycles.
• Mature and Scale our Reporting: Re-imagine and redesign our reporting capabilities.
• Drive Scalability: Build and refine the financial infrastructure required for a mature organization.
• Operational Excellence: Provide deep-dive analysis into Revenue, gross margins, OpEx, balance sheet, and free cash flow.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and mentor a high-performing Corporate FP&A team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with a significant portion in Corporate FP&A.
• Proven experience in an IR-facing role or significant involvement in quarterly earnings prep.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and EPM systems.
• The ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear updates.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
