Overview

The Senior Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping our financial strategy and serving as a key partner to executive leadership.

In Short

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long range planning, and cash flow processes.
  • Assist in internal executive communications and external board reporting.
  • Develop and refine the company's consolidated financial models.
  • Drive operational improvement through automation and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with people operations on headcount planning.
  • Partner with IR for financial guidance and KPI messaging.
  • Manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
  • Experience in corporate financial planning & analysis within high-growth environments.
  • Experience with IPO processes and public reporting.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Excel).
  • Strong collaborative and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, experience presenting to executives.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Exposure to ASC 606 transition is a plus.
