Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will manage scheduling activities for the PK recruiting team, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Own all scheduling activities for the recruiting team.
• Support scheduling of phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Work closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Serve as point-of-contact for candidates regarding interview schedules.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Support candidate onboarding and background checks.
• Assist with recruiting events and networking opportunities.
• 6+ months of recruiting or coordination experience required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.

Requirements

• 6+ months of recruiting/coordination/customer facing experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-directed problem solver.
• Remote role, but may require office visits.
• Work shifts will be 12-9pm or 2-11pm Pakistan time.
