Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient talent acquisition process and a positive candidate experience.

In Short

  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate background screenings.
  • Act as a liaison with candidates and provide feedback.
  • Assist with job postings and prepare offer letters.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Work with field leadership and hiring managers.
  • Manage recruitment tracking and prepare reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Improve offer letter templates and job descriptions.
  • Maintain communication with candidates regarding their status.
  • Work independently and solve problems as needed.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree is preferred; HS degree with equivalent experience considered.
  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in computer skills and problem-solving.
  • High drive for results and sense of urgency.
