Overview

As the Recruiting Coordinator at Snorkel AI, you will be a critical point of contact and part of the candidate experience as we recruit our fellow teammates! You are deeply committed to ensuring a smooth interviewing experience in a startup environment.

In Short

• Develop strong relationships with Talent Partners and hiring teams.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews in a timely manner.
• Create agendas for on-sites and schedule debrief meetings.
• Support candidates throughout the interview process.
• Ensure efficient coordination processes that are compliant.
• Own reporting of overall recruiting metrics.
• Maintain data integrity in our ATS.
• Support leadership teams with interviewer training.

Requirements

• At least a year of full-cycle talent coordination experience.
• Self-starting and resourceful work ethic.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated grit and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
• Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical candidates.
• Experience using Google Suite and ATS.
