Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

We're looking for a remote Contract Recruiting Coordinator who not only ensures a seamless candidate experience but brings strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a data-informed mindset to everything they do.

In Short

• Manage the candidate interview lifecycle including scheduling interviews.
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for candidates.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring goals.
• Coordinate candidate travel and manage reimbursement of expenses.
• Improve recruiting operations through documentation and process optimization.
• Use the applicant tracking system (Lever) to track candidate progress.
• Analyze scheduling metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with fellow Coordinators to drive consistency in candidate experience.
• Coordinate administrative hiring tasks such as background checks.
• Support cross-functional initiatives within Talent Operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or equivalent role.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
• Experience scheduling interviews in Lever.
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
