Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the hiring process by conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system.

In Short

• Conduct initial screenings for potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Coordinate pre-employment assessments and background checks
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience
• CST time zone preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing company is ideal
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
