Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for a large SAAS company client, working fully remote from anywhere in Mexico.

In Short

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials.
  • Generate and distribute offer letters.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
  • Contribute to improvement of recruitment processes.
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience required.
  • Experience with US-based companies preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills needed.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company.
  • Experience working for a US-based company.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
