Experienced Bilingual Recruiter (French-English) - Contract - Remote

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter that is bilingual French & English. The role is fully remote and is a six-month contract.

In Short

• Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates for various positions.
• Conduct initial interviews in both French and English.
• Manage the full recruitment pipeline from job posting to candidate placement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.
• Post and promote open positions on relevant job boards.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
• 2-3 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, engineering, and/or sales positions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of employment regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
