The GTM Sourcer will support EMEA commercial hiring for a well-known AI client, focusing on sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for various commercial roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing GTM/commercial roles
• Experience sourcing technical partners with AI knowledge
• Knowledge of the EMEA market and GTM experience
• Proficiency in Gem CRM
• Fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Data-driven with quantifiable metrics on resume
• Resume stability expected; contract roles should be noted
