GTM Sourcer/Researcher (Contract, Remote)

Overview

This is a sourcing-only role focused on EMEA GTM functions, requiring independent operation as a thought partner.

In Short

• Backfill for a departed contractor.
• Focus on EMEA GTM functions including Sales, AE, SE, Partnerships, Marketing, and CS.
• Build talent maps and run full-cycle sourcing workflows.
• Work primarily in Gem as the CRM.
• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting research experience required.
• Demonstrated GTM sourcing experience at a tech company.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Active Gem CRM experience required.
• Must be able to work in EST or PST.
• Stability on resume is important.

Requirements

• EMEA market knowledge preferred.
• Experience at high-bar tech startups is a strong plus.
• AI/ML, cloud infra, or enterprise SaaS sourcing experience is beneficial.
• Multi-language proficiency in European languages is a plus.
• Background in executive search or research-focused roles preferred.
• Experience building org charts, comp benchmarks, and talent maps.
• Metrics showing sourcing impact are preferred.
