Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and excels at multitasking with precision and professionalism.

In Short

• Post job openings internally and externally across platforms (Jobvite, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial outreach as needed.
• Assist in facilitating various stages of the interview and hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and workflow progress within the ATS.
• Build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate strong internal communication.
• Communicate promptly with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Assist with completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Generate recruiting activity reports and metrics.
• Stay current with recruiting trends and tools.
• Assist with other administrative duties related to recruiting and onboarding.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems (Jobvite preferred).
• 1 -3 years of administrative or recruiting support experience.
• Customer service mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
