Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in benefits administration or similar role.
• Knowledge of State and Federal laws related to benefits.
• HR Generalist or Compensation experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
