• Responsible for a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including purchase, refinance, and home equity loans.
• Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, loan officers, and underwriters.
• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities.
• Utilize AUSSIE and company procedures.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

• Prior Loan Officer experience preferred.
• College degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow within the mortgage industry.
• Positive mindset and ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately.
• Basic math and financial literacy skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn LOS systems quickly.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation with a professional tone.
