AmeriSave Mortgage is a leading online mortgage lender, committed to delivering responsible home lending solutions with integrity and excellence. We are currently seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity.

In Short

• Lock loans with investors and manage re-locks.
• Support Loan origination units by managing the Lock Desk queue.
• Enforce Rate Lock Policy and collaborate with Loan Officers.
• Aid production support staff in pricing challenges.
• Work with IT to maintain pricing engine accuracy.
• Process lock cancellations and requests with investors.
• Remote work opportunity with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm EST.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Pricing / Lock Desk Support experience.
• 3+ years of general Mortgage experience.
• Knowledge of secondary mortgage market frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking and math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High-speed internet required for remote work.
