Mortgage Loan Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Mortgage Loan Analyst is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely processing and underwriting of residential mortgage loans from application through final approval and closing. This role ensures loan files meet all guidelines by verifying documentation, analyzing risk, and making approval or denial decisions.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans.
• Knowledge of RESPA laws and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to solve practical problems in various situations.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Experience with Encompass Database software.
• Five plus years of related experience.
• Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• Active DE and SAR Certifications.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files.
