Overview

The Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a portfolio of loan files, acting as the primary contact for Loan Officers throughout the loan process.

In Short

• Manage approximately 30 loan files per month.
• Act as primary contact for Loan Officers.
• Daily pipeline management of assigned loans.
• Pull daily reports and work daily dashboard.
• Proactive follow-up with all parties involved.
• Safeguard sensitive consumer information.
• Facilitate coordination of internal operations.
• Ensure fulfillment of SLAs as per procedure.
• Work independently on a distributed team.
• Must pass a credit and criminal background check.

Requirements

• 4+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Familiar with Encompass software.
• Experience managing 30+ files per month.
• In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry.
• Ability to work independently.
