Overview

Ruiz Recruiting & Consulting (RRC) is looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to help drive growth by building sales strategies and enhancing client partnerships in a remote or hybrid work environment.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify and establish relationships with companies needing staffing solutions.
  • Prospect through various channels including calls, emails, and social media.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the ATS.
  • Travel to client sites in Utah as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and service capabilities.
  • Meet activity metrics and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of business development experience in staffing or outside sales.
  • Expert communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop compelling value propositions and proposals.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Experience in influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Ability to offer strategic insight into workforce management challenges.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% annually.
