Beghou Consulting is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support the administration of US benefits programs, focusing on employee support and issue resolution.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for US employee benefits inquiries.
• Respond to a high volume of inquiries with accuracy and clarity.
• Investigate and resolve issues across systems and vendors.
• Process enrollments and maintain accurate HRIS data.
• Work with vendors to resolve employee issues.
• Support US open enrollment execution.
• Ensure compliance with US regulations.
• Partner with AI teams for operational improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.
• 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration preferred.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in US benefits administration or support.
• Strong working knowledge of US benefits programs and common regulations.
• Experience handling high-volume employee inquiries.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and a strong service orientation.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Ability to work overlapping US business hours.
