TechnologyAdvice is looking for a US-based Benefits Specialist to manage the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective support for global benefits.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end U.S. employee benefits administration.
• Lead annual U.S. open enrollment and coordinate global enrollment activities.
• Administer the U.S. 401(k) retirement program.
• Ensure accurate benefits enrollment and data integrity.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries.
• Process U.S. leaves of absence and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support global benefits administration and best practices.
• Liaise with benefits brokers and third-party administrators.
• Monitor benefits utilization and provide insights to HR leadership.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement across People Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with 3 years in U.S. benefits administration.
• Experience managing U.S. 401(k) retirement plans.
• Strong understanding of US compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a remote-friendly environment.
