Benefits Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Benefits Specialist at Balsam Brands, you will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day benefits administration and contribute to enhancing the team member experience.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day benefits programs including health, dental, and retirement.
• Oversee leave and disability case management.
• Facilitate payroll and vendor integrations.
• Produce communications and reports for Total Rewards programs.
• Analyze benefits utilization and vendor performance.
• Support wellness program development and execution.
• Work independently to refine processes and introduce new ideas.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings.
• Must work significant cross-over hours to support team needs.

Requirements

• 8-11 years of experience in benefits administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Understanding of US compliance regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Experience with benefits in the Philippines, Ireland, and Canada preferred.
