Overview

As a Benefits Specialist at LifeStance Health, you will play a crucial role in administering health and welfare benefits, supporting employees with inquiries, enrollments, and problem resolution.

• Manage benefits inbox and respond to employee inquiries.
• Verify accuracy of benefits enrollments in HRIS (Workday).
• Assist with annual Open Enrollment and employee communications.
• Conduct benefits orientations for newly hired staff.
• Respond to 401(k) inquiries and assist in audit processes.
• Track leaves and distribute time-sensitive notices.
• Expand benefits reference materials for employees.
• Demonstrate empathy and confidentiality in employee interactions.
• Work collaboratively with the Benefits team.
• Support diverse employee populations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a Benefits or HR role.
• Strong technical skills including Excel, Outlook, and internet proficiency.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
