Overview

The Practice Coordinator is responsible for managing the front office daily activities for their practice location, ensuring quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations or customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMRs
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of crisis and de-escalation processes
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
