Requirements

• 8+ years managing enterprise software implementations.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing project management role.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Skilled in project governance practices and risk management.
• Strong proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with EHR software platforms.
• Functional understanding of behavioral health workflows.
• Strong analytic skills with BI tools.
• Exceptional communication skills.
