Overview

This role defines, delivers, and manages complex marketing programs and initiatives that support the Marketing Technology and Operations Team, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy, operational execution, and organizational goals.

• Direct, coordinate, and manage multiple marketing programs and initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks for campaign intake and resource allocation.
• Monitor program health (budget, timeline, KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Develop standardized marketing strategy templates and dashboards.
• Identify and address barriers to change adoption.
• Collaborate with Martech and Analytics teams.
• Drive adoption of marketing dashboards and attribution models.
• Identify opportunities for program enhancements.
• Manage operational rhythms for marketing programs.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project management or IT solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
• PMP or Project Management Certification preferred.
