• Immediate opening for a Remote Medical Receptionist.
• Primary support for all incoming calls.
• Directing calls and resolving minor inbound concerns.
• Work shift from 11am - 7pm CST.
• Handle appointment scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Requires one year experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Basic understanding of administrative procedures required.
• Associates' Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Remote work environment with hardware provided.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in Customer Support or similar roles.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year clinical experience.
• Active Clinical Multi-State/Compact License preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive personality with de-escalation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associates' Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
