In Short

  • Immediate opening for a Remote Medical Receptionist.
  • Handle all inbound calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments.
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer support or healthcare role.
  • Work is performed remotely with provided hardware.
  • Shift is from 10:30am to 7pm CST.
  • Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
  • Pay is $14.50 per hour.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a Customer Support, Administrative, Healthcare Reception, Provider Office, or Patient Relations role.
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year clinical experience.
  • Preferred: Active Clinical Multi-State/Compact License.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Positive personality with ability to handle escalations.
  • Basic understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Associates' Degree or equivalent preferred.
