We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Billing and Receptionist to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both managing medical billing processes and providing excellent front desk customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering top-notch patient care.

• Process, submit, and follow up on medical claims, with an emphasis on out-of-network billing.
• Ensure proper coding and compliance with insurance policies and billing standards.
• Address and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
• Provide professional front-desk support virtually by answering patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing messages.
• Perform insurance verification, patient eligibility checks, and benefits coordination.
• Update and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Monitor accounts receivable, initiate follow-ups on unpaid claims and patient balances.
• Assist with patient intake processes, document management, and general administrative support.
• Liaise with providers, payers, and patients to ensure smooth operational flow.
