Overview

As a Benefits Specialist at HubSpot, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees' health and wellness initiatives.

• Manage day-to-day benefits operations across supported entities.
• Implement HRIS/TPA integrations to streamline processes.
• Serve as the main contact for employee benefits inquiries.
• Support annual open enrollment processes.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in benefits administration in NAM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Customer service focus with good judgment.
