Overview

The Benefits Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of MasterBrand’s benefits programs, supporting benefits and 401(k)-related projects while ensuring alignment with the company’s philosophy and business objectives.

• Contribute to the development and execution of benefits strategies.
• Support end-to-end RFP processes for benefits vendors.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions benefits strategy.
• Implement new benefit programs and vendor transitions.

• Support annual planning and budgeting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits programs.
• Experience in health and wellness plans required.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
• Occasional travel required.
