Director, Supply Chain Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director, Supply Chain Finance is a key contributor on the Finance and Supply Chain leadership teams, ensuring financial targets and strategic initiatives are met while protecting assets, mitigating risks, and driving a sustainable internal control environment.

In Short

• Partner with the Vice President, Supply Chain to develop and drive strategies and budgets.
• Lead teams responsible for financial operations including reporting and budgeting.
• Drive improvement in the quality of financial data for decision making.
• Track and report key performance metrics for the Supply Chain function.
• Ensure effective systems and controls for Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
• Hire, train, and retain skilled staff through career development.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• MBA or Master of Accountancy preferred; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in manufacturing standard costing and inter-company transactions.
• Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A activities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to travel 25% annually.
