Director of Supply Chain Finance - Remote

Overview

Our Home is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Supply Chain Finance to lead a multi-layered, geographically dispersed team supporting manufacturing accounting, supply chain FP&A, and fixed asset management.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Drive cost visibility and accountability across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Own and continuously improve costing methodologies and inventory controls.
• Implement a standard costing approach for manufacturing processes.
• Oversee plant-level accounting teams for accurate reporting.
• Direct annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Oversee capital spend tracking and project ROI analysis.
• Establish supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Ensure effective internal controls and audit readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of finance experience in manufacturing or CPG.
• Experience managing large, distributed finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
• Expertise in implementing standard costing methodologies.
• Ability to lead through complexity and influence teams.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Some travel required, estimated up to 10%.
• Fully Remote.
