• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities.
• Lead accounting functions and drive process improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Oversee and mentor accounting staff.
• Contribute to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in ERP/accounting system upgrades.
