In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals including plant accountants, financial analysts, and senior managers across accounting and FP&A functions.
• Drive cost visibility and accountability across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Own and continuously improve costing methodologies, inventory controls, variance analysis, and COGS reporting.
• Implement a standard costing approach for manufacturing processes.
• Oversee plant-level accounting teams ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of site-level reporting.
• Direct the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes for the supply chain.
• Oversee capital spend tracking, project ROI analysis, and fixed asset lifecycle accounting.
• Establish and report on supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Ensure effective internal controls and audit readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, and IT.

Requirements

• Deep experience in cost accounting and financial planning in a CPG manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing finance teams.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with inventory management and fixed asset accounting.
• Ability to drive financial and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with internal controls and compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Understanding of supply chain metrics and KPIs.
