Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing a premium experience while interacting with customers, processing orders, and supporting the sales team.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
  • Exceptional math skills, particularly with fractions.
  • Product knowledge and order entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
