Benefits Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Benefits Specialist will play a key support role in delivering a seamless and high-quality benefits experience for our clients and their employees.

In Short

• Main point of contact for clients, responsible for day-to-day benefit administration and client satisfaction.
• Answer benefit-related inquiries for clients, including troubleshooting issues and providing medical insurance cards.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and carriers to gather necessary benefit information and documentation.
• Conduct virtual Employee Benefit Orientation Meetings and maintain client-facing benefit materials.
• Work closely with Benefit Implementation Managers/Specialists on Open Enrollment launch.
• Quality control all client set-ups for accuracy.
• Assist employees with eligibility and coverage issues.
• Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and employees.
• Lead annual open enrollment process for clients.
• Partner with the payroll department to review changes in deductions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, employee benefits, insurance, or administrative support.
