Overview

As a Benefits Specialist at Multiplier, you will ensure that employee benefits are aligned with best practices across multiple countries, managing relationships with insurance providers and overseeing the administration of benefits.

In Short

  • Set up employee benefits in alignment with local practices and organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with insurance providers for health insurance plans.
  • Conduct commercial discussions to finalize local health insurance plans.
  • Assess and create new health insurance plans for new countries.
  • Research and distribute global pay data and benefits packages.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective communication of benefits.
  • Manage the L2 Operations team for employee queries and enrollment issues.
  • Collaborate with the product team to implement automation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance products and benefits management.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Passion for customer problem solving.
  • Background in HR SaaS is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Attention to detail and swift execution.
