Overview

The Global Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across the NAMER region, focusing on the USA, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll delivery.

• End-to-end ownership of payroll delivery across USA, Canada & Latam.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across various frequencies.
• Maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Monitor and implement changes in payroll laws.
• Oversee benefits processing including health insurance and paid time off.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists.
• Support implementation teams during payroll transitions.
• Act as go-to person for payroll-related discussions with sales.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in payroll management in the USA and Canada.
• 2 years of experience in team management.
• In-depth knowledge of local laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in multi-country payroll management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with USA & Canada payroll software.
