Global Payroll Manager - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Manager is responsible for providing oversight and review of the entire payroll process as well as leading payroll projects and analysis.

In Short

• Oversight of weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt personnel in multiple countries.
• Mentor and train accounting staff on payroll best-practices.
• Periodical review of weekly payroll data report received for processing.
• Oversees requests for data correction and additional payouts.
• Performs final review of weekly payroll report.
• Ensures timely posting of data in Sage Intacct accounting system.
• Compile and send weekly report for parent company review.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve overall process and accuracy.
• Stay updated on payroll trends and taxation compliance.
• Oversee local preparation of tax returns and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and government regulations.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
• Ability to mentor and train team members effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
