Overview

As a Payroll Manager at HopSkipDrive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations, and administering employee benefits programs.

• Manage payroll processing across multiple states.
• Set up and maintain new state accounts with ADP.
• Provide excellent customer service regarding payroll and benefits issues.
• Administer employee benefits programs including 401K.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Accounting for month-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain payroll and benefits procedures.
• Prepare and analyze payroll data for accuracy.
• Manage unemployment claims and regulatory reporting.
• Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience as a Payroll Manager in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and benefit laws.
• Experience with benefits administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
